
SmartClaiMS is designated for operating and managerial servicing of the activity for processing vehicles’ crash claims of the Insurance Company.
The system consists of two differentiated parts – operating and managerial as well as a module for administration.
The operating part of the system services the activities relating to the registration of claim, introduction of damages and generation of estimate with regard to the damage. This system takes care of the collection and storage of the data, needed for the preparation of the verifications and analyses by the managerial part. The commissioning of this system allows for the significant improvement of the operating servicing of the liquidation.
The managerial part of the system is designated for the preparation of managerial and control verifications and analyses, related to the claims management activity. After being collected from the operational part, the data will be turned into useful information through the preparation of appropriate verifications and analyses. This part of the system is designated for use by the managerial personnel of the insurance company.
The administrative part of the system is designated for control and administration of the general data needed for the normal functioning of the system. |
